As I understand the media they're making it can be cut to the size that's needed. Because of the ease of handling, I don't know if it's better to make essentially four 20" x 20" media's rather then a single 40" x 40" media. As I gather it, the same oven can do either task.
I suspect that if CTKH announced the capability of making 60" media there would be no shortage of customers. I have no doubt that their technology can get the job done, but the cost of the equipment needed to do it is very expensive. In time I'm sure it will happen.
