These VAR contracts can vary for sure and is usually left up to the attorneys to draft them up with the parties involved. There may be a "cooling off" period or not. Full refundable, partial refundable, or no refundable, depends on the contract. Commissioned or paid by the reseller. What contract BEHL has in specific, I definitely don't know. It might even be client specific and vary amongst different industries. I would guess % refund of deposit and based on some short period of time. But thats just a guess.

But no matter what the contracts (plural) are, the odds of some sort of income are great if not already happened and the fact of interest and future business is there.
