BioCentric Energy received three signed VAR (value added reseller) agreements in the past week representing clients from a wide range of industries.
I imagine that the contract would contain a 'cool off' clause of a certain time span that gives the client the option of pulling out in which case the whole sum or a % of the deposits will be reimbursed. Once that time span has expired it turns into a permanent commitment.
Is a 'value added reseller' a form of affiliate resale marketing against BEHL commission?
