That's a really good point... I hadn't really thought about that.

"Which will be worthless by Nov if he doesn't settle this thing and get it to market."

How many people will be willing to hold shares into Nov. when sam's shares become unrestricted? If this isn't resolved by then... the thought turns my stomach.

Does anyone know if sam would be able to use those shares he has come November. I don't see anything that says he couldn't. Thoughts?
