Sigh, I take it this is the first time you've seen the information in question. They didn't file when they "could", they filed when they "had to". Missed a couple and made some embarrassing retractions. They also had to amend the notices way more often than should have been the case. It ain't rocket science, and most companies get it right the first time.

But it seems Urbie kept issuing more and more shares...
