Maybe Susman knew or was hoping that all the parties in question, would respond and "show their hands!" He now knows

1. The UST does not condone any of the debtors behavior.

2. He now knows THJMW is pushing rule 2019 motions with power, this is why she mentioned it while she had all the parties (we pay for) in the courtroom.

3. He now knows where everyone stands, if he thinks like I would, he is going to use the words of each against each other and play them like "chess pieces."

He sends in an associate to read from his notes and boom, the rest of the gang open their mouths. You see in Chess, we have to sacrifice the pieces, to get to the final outcome.

IMO Susman was not in the courtroom, because he did not have any reason to be there. He now has the cards he needed to line up the chips. It was interesting how he has an associate argue (or basically read) his argument for him and he is not there. A smart person would not have showed their face in there, unless they needed to. Susman now knows he has broad reaching powers and can bring forth motions like any other party. He is a "very smart and talented" attorney, these guys are not even close to being in his league.

I am looking forward to the next couple of weeks. It will be interesting to see what the EC firm has up its sleeve. We may just hear Stephen muttered those conquering words to the parties he played out in court today "CHECKMATE!" NEXT!
