Today was my BUYING opportunity.
I'd lightened my position from 400,000 to 235,000 UNTIL today. I had 25k buys all around the .10 mark and they didn't even take us below .12!!! I tried filling 25k blocks at or above the ask and of course NOPE none of them went. The PPS kept running and so I went with 5k orders at the ask and then cancelled when it ran too much and repeated after the price fell again.
Besides was an examiner even on the table a month ago?!? So no need to be negative and IMO the judge did leave that door open for later if necessary.
So they have more time to settle and I'd thought we we're going to trial for sure if the examiner was approved, which would have drug this out even longer. Personally I'd like this over in 2010.
