I still believe they will buy back and cancel more shares. When I saw that Qbid is doing that to get down to a few billion shares, it gave me hope for cetek. Qbid has 9billion outstanding.
Think about it, if they have been buying back shares all this time and cancel about 2 billion at once, we are looking really good here.
