No proof but if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, smells like a duck and walks like a duck - its probably a duck.

I called the company and the T/A today for share structure and got nothing but the run around. Each telling me to go to the other one - when I told them that - they kind of laughed and had nothing to say. So that tells me all I need to know about the management / President /CEO.

That is the problem with these pinkies - most of them have no clue how to manage a business to make it grow properly without screwing over the shareholders. So they gag the t/a when they dilute. They just need to be transparent folks. Hopefully they will do a PR and indicate something like - the pres sold some of his previously restricted shares to fund the massive orders coming in and there's no plan for further selling.
Once you lose shareholder trust - it is really hard to get back.So hopefully they will address this and not hide.
