They will have time to make decisions, because we need candidates for Examiner to be 'scrutinized' by the court first. I would expect the May 19th Omnibus to be the date she would interview and appoint the appropriate candidate. Go back to the Lehman case. Valukas was appointed within 14 days (I think) within Judge Peck approving the Motion for an Examiner. However keep in mind that Valukas was appointed to essentially perform all the functions including rule 2004 discovery of the parties (Quinn has done this half-way) for us. This will not cost the estate 37 Mil (like it did the Lehman estate)


JPM settled the 6 Bil claim Lehman had against them right before the Valukas report came out. Do you Remember why ???
