IMO seems like that are doing this in complete stages
a full deck ..just need to get the suits in order
dealing with banks and contracts take time
they are telling us what is there and not leading us on
this is a great opputunity if it all comes together for them and the share holders
keep in mind everyone there are names in all this with reputations to keep
i dont think anyone wants this to miss
i will wait..this will come through...IMO
