IMO the press release today seemed more like a tactical legal move. We just had a major milestone come and go - the payment to H&M of $175K. And instead of letting the investors know the status of this milestone, they just roll out another PR of meaningless drivel that even has some more bait on the hook - "The newly developing Marcellus shale play in Pennsylvania, along with Texas and Louisiana shale plays, are all planned expansion areas for GeoBio" and "At present, several additional acquisition opportunities are currently being evaluated".
