Krombacher or anyone...

Who would ultimately be responsible for the GOM disaster...BP or TO? I realize that BP has publically admitted responsibility; however, can they then go after Transocean for theoretically supplying a rig with faulty equipment? If BP CAN go after TO...might this is some way jeopardize/delay our getting drilling rigs from TO in the future?

I hope someone will answer this time.
