i ruminate that watsonsan will reveal numbers after they reach a certain point of number realization. after a couple of large contracts signed sealed and defarkenlivered. i spoke to the man once, and asked him about increasing shares, he said he didnt see any reason for it cept if it was for a LARGE deal. then it might be advantageous.
