CCLWF - Potential homeowners

A lot of potential buyers will be in a wait-and-see mode for a while until the market stabilizes and future home prices are more predictable. Who in their right mind wants to buy today and find out next week the same exact apartment is selling for 5% to 10% less...not very many, that's for sure :p


tenenbaum, since you live there what's your take on the housing industry? Is there anything you have read or witnessed which N.A based investors would be unaware of? I look forward to your reply.
