The missing ingrediant in the last 6 months are the numbers.
The financials need to be released .
Shareholders need to know what revenue is currently coming in and what revenue can be expected , in the coming years from the JV.
Also if the O/S and/or A/S has been increased and details of the debt restructuring.
Once the numbers make sence , ppl will come to the party.
