Gorilla, your OBV (on balance volume) indicator tracks insider activity. As you can see from the chart below, that indicator has taken a much deeper nosedive in relation to the other three accumulation indicators. The answer is: all three classes of shareholders are selling, but the insiders are selling at a higher proportion.
