When the examiner will be appointed on Wednesday, then they will start talking about a settlement. IMO that could last several months, because we are talking about billions of dollars.
But that is ok for me. But it is now Susman and the EC to play hard and don't take any settlement offer.

I've heard many things. But what I know is that WAMU was worth a lot more than estimated before (which had the only goal to make the EC believe that there was no money left for sherholders) and that this true value has to be taken into account to calculate what commons should get for their shares.
I hope they will also take into account the money JPM made from WAMU's assets now that the economy is gradually getting better.
