Most investors would only short penny stocks that are $0.25 or higher(due to margin requirments and the likelihood of manipulation), margin requirement can make shorting penny stocks very costly.

I know some of you may wonder why the USOG showing more buys than sells but the pps went down. L-2 won't show hidden trades. Often time the MMs can keep all the selling hidden and only show the buys. They do this for special reason....I'm sure most of you can figure it out.
