From a former Market Maker..DO NOT PUT SELL ORDERS IN at open MONDAY MORNING! 2-May-10 10:19 am I am a former MM and I must say that what happened to POZN shareholders who had stops in on Friday was nothing less than illegal and unethical and I sincerely hope the SEC gets involved in busting the trades. Hopefully some of you bought back after the raid on Friday and will be able to not only recoup your losses but make much much more on the upside in the coming week.

Let me just give you this piece of friendly advice, DO NOT PUT IN ANY TYPE OF SELL ORDER PRE OPEN ON MONDAY MORNING or before 9:45 (assuming the stock opens at 930 after the conf call) as the MM's WILL SEE THEM ON THE BOOK and offer the stock down to get your out cheaper! Don't forget MM's have risk managers too and if this price goes to the mid 20's, which I strongly think it will, you will see a short squeeze of epic proportions as all of them will be forced to liquidate their shorts AT MARKET. Obviously some of you need to sell, if you are not in for the long haul. If this is the case sell throughout the week to them at higher prices. Make them pay for what they did to this stock on Friday. Speaking to some institutional holders, they are going to do just that. Your thousands of shares can make the difference between at 18 stock and a 28 stock in this scenario.

I can't emphasize enough that they know what you do and where your orders are so be smart and piece out your shares and we'll have a $30++ stock this week. Good luck.

p.s. I am personally writing a letter to the SEC on this because I want to find out who was responsible. Forget civil, this is criminal, basically stealing.
