IMO, insider sales will not effect us negatively tomorrow. The last time there were some sales (I guess, by Merritt or Fagan and someone else), the stock has moved up in fact. This time around it is the not the same as what happened after ERICY settlement. I too hate to see brakes being applied to the run-up (if it happens), but I guess being so close to arbitration, selling doesn't flag IDCC's bad position or else it will fall under SEC watch for selling before negative NEWS. I would have preferred no sales....but, if they happened, they can't be negative.
