The reason the analysts are concerned about LG and don't talk about signing the others imo is because they think that due to the last ruling, IDCC may not be able to resign LG. Why talk about the others signing if you cannot renew LG? It would be a moot point. I believe the others (inc ppossibly LG) will wait to see how Nokia pans out.


IMO, I think you are full of crap. My rebuttal is that Casio recently signed and did ante up the past due? IN GENERAL it is great to renew b4 it is due but at the same time if I were LG I am in a good position, it would be in my interest to take as long as possible to get a good deal so there is really no good reason to speculate one way or other?!
