These UNHAPPY folks ,if they were stockholders of record on 4/19/04 ..could read the Co. Proxy and find out that 17 Directors and Officers held 3,299,156 voting shares or 5.9% of the Company..They probably have received more OPTIONS in the interim..(less that which they sold to date)
