Correct me if I'm wrong:
-- the POR is not correct, so the EC will file the right one.

-- Rosen is Wamu's lawyer and Susman defends the EC

-- 5 May the EC will speak again and this is an important day

-- GS is in serious trouble because they have shorted the hell out of stocks, like Wamu's long beach mortgages ==> if Wamu was on the "do not short list", long beach was worth much more than anticpated... This results will not be used as evidence to upgrade Wamu's assets, but will be used as evidence to underline the importancy of "the do not short list" where they were not upon

-- Susman has only common shares (post seizure)

-- the Press is more and more covering us, and is also starting to report the wamu shareholders side of the case

-- Kirsten Grind is still alive and reporting
