When did they first start talking about the dividend? I know one of the holdups is that they need to file the last 10 years worth of audited financials and uplist. And that is moving slowly because they have to be translated from English to Spanish back to English or something like that... but when did this whole project towards releasing the dividends start in the first place?

This month I have said, "I can't wait until Monday" far too often!
