According to Zecco, you can still sell but not buy CXAC. On another note to any of you that use Zecco, they also no longer accept transfers of any other pinkies or OTCBB stocks from any of the other brokerage firms. When the DTC freeze first came about, it was allowed.
David: Penson Financial no longer accepts transfers of pinksheets or OTCBB stocks from other brokers.
alex: I wasn't looking to transfer CXAC, simply to trade it. Is this company still being traded with Zecco and Penson?
David: I apologize we not longer trade CXAC.
alex: So to be clear, Penson no longer clears CXAC? And will this be re-evaluated when the court/legal issues are cleared?
David: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.
David: We are no longer allowing further opening (buying long or selling short) transactions on CXAC. There are no immediate plans to re-evaluate trading this stock after the court/ legal issues clear.
