If this was a scam, it wouldn't still be trading. Period. When UCAD was halted, the SEC knew all about CMKX.

It's still trading.

The SEC has suspended as many pink sheet stocks as possible lately.

CMKX has NEVER been halted. It trades with the full and complete awareness of the SEC and NASD and it's not a scam.
