Agreed with your points- but to settle means to meet in the middle, and get paid now, rather than in 2011-12, although unlikely, possible.

I think Uzuals 45 day time frame to settlement from the other day is a fair timeline, with everything coming up quickly.

It should be higher, but when the dust settles, Im sure only pre-holders will have issues about $10.
