precisely awk -- i assume west point's military solution(s) will ultimately be extremely secretive and proprietary, for obvious reasons; and, they may very well incorporate Wave's IP directly (for which, as you know, Wave is not entitled to licensing compensation).
nonetheless, to the extent that u.s. gov't, and the military especially, buy off on Wave's IP, the rest of the world is Wave's oyster, at least until patent(s) expiration(s).
and, just as in all other technological under-pinnings, the u.s. will preserve it's superiority with a vengeance!!
