Guidelines for linking to HP's Websites

http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/termsofuse.html#linking

A site that links to HP's website:
May link to but not replicate HP content
Should not create a browser or border environment around HP content
Should not imply that HP is endorsing it or its products
Should not misrepresent its relationship with HP
Should not present false information about HP products or services
Should not use the HP logo without permission from HP
Should not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, offensive or controversial, and should contain only content that is appropriate for all age groups

Wave's website "OEM Spotlight" on HP : http://www.wave.com

EMBASSY Trust Suite for HP ProtectTools Embedded Security
HP ProtectTools Embedded Security

links to:
HP Business PC Security Solutions
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/security/

which, in turn, leads to Wave, under:
HP ProtectTools ISV (Independent Software Vendor) solutions
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/security/partners.html

Although HP's guidelines state that the link on Wave "Should not imply that HP is endorsing it or its products", i think it's safe to assume that, to the extent that: (1) Wave had HP's "permission" to use "the HP logo"; and (2) HP cites Wave on its website as a security partner (see URL), HP's security related solutions incorporate Wave IP in all relevent functions.
