CGAQ was suppose to be a mini Vegas and was trading at 25 cents, it ran up on a pump and dump to 47 cents. HESG was suppose to be the world largest marajuana distributor, and was working on upgrade to OTCBB. That too ran up on pump and dump. Since then the price has been downward spiral.
