Appointment of an examiner is a good thing but don't get your hopes too high. How do we know that the exaimners report is not going to be alligned with that recent investigation report (I can't recall the name but some people posted the link here)? That report was not very good and it was not saying anything about JPM and FDIC's enginnering of WaMu's collapse!

So how do we know that the examiner will find out every truth about WaMu's collapse?
