You expect Tesoro to make you money on the stock, but you do know that the company only does $180,000 in revenue per 12 months.

They lose money

They have 185 million shares outstanding
if you calculate $180,000 on a per share basis it comes out to .0009 revenue per share, but they continue to issue more shares. Company issues stock every month or quarter to someone to get money to fund the business.
They issue the stock probably at a 35 - 65% discount to current market price. Then you have to remember that The buyer which becomes an immediate seller can sell at a lower price than the then-current price and still make a profit.

They have 500 million authorized
If you calculate revenue into the $500 million you have a company that has no tangible value whatsoever on a per share basis. .0003 per share.

right now they have more debt than assets. I know you are going to say that they got rid of their debt last year but if you think that the old debt holders are someday not going to go back to Tesoro and demand financial restitution you are not thinking about the future and you are not a good business man. $25 million does not just go away. I am sure once Tesoro starts to make a profit the past debt holders are going to want financial restitution.
