Fast paced, high tech firearms training simulation company seeks to hire a Human Resources Manager.?



Duties include hiring, recruitment and training,compensation management, benefits administration and organizational development.?



Immediate need for the hiring of individuals in a high growth environment



Accountable for improving Human Resources’ value to the business.?



Participates with the senior management in the implementation of a very aggressive business plan.?



Advertises for needed positions using various methods including internet.?



Screens candidates for line manager interviews.?



Assures compliance to company’s code of conduct and acts as liaison between associates and senior management



Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.? Must be a problem solver and able to interface with all levels of the organization.?
