AMSZ is current and by the looks of it they didn't file any audited numbers in order to get that. They had a lawyer pretty much just vouch for their legitimacy by the looks of it. I don't know all of the technical details to everything but it just appeared that was an easier step than uplisting.

This month I have said, "I can't wait until Monday" far too often!
