apparently neither did the lawyer put a lot of weight on paying that fee...

my guess is that he is inactive and why the suit wasn't filed in Delaware but filed in CA.

In any case, the whole point is everyone is guessing that SL is going to be hung and dried on May 10th but imo it is only the beginning and far from over.
