Agreed, except I don't think you will have to wait that long, with only 184 mil O/S and a ridiculously low valuation right now, this will go berserk on an R/M PR, seriously, parabolic over a few days time. .10 is totally do-able, maybe .20-.30 considering 40-50 million in NOLS, plus Durarock's other properties.
