The first of these 10ks that started being processed by the sec is the best news we have had in a long time. Once the rest of these 10ks are filed which could be as early as tomorrow, then the first divys are able to come out; that is the whole reason they are getting these financials done.

Lets not forget any company can issue a Divy thats not trading but ACDU wanted to have the Divys we get be tradeable so that is why they took the time to do it right and get all the financials in order first.

Many of us have gotten divys from other companies that sit in our accounts having never traded and never will, we on the otherhand will have actual shares of companies that are trading.

Having that first 10k filed on friday was a huge signal to whats coming our way.
