I pursue this bankruptcy since Nov 2008.
At the beginning in 2009 I have read someplace that WMI should submitted to TGB about 400m common shares in October 2008 as of a deal. Now, I ask the question after WAMU was taken away from by the FDIC in September 2008: where are these 400m shares now? Are they part of the outstanding shares (1.7b)? Are these entitled to vote? Who votes on it?
