Who the hell of the BOD members meets full approval with the attorneys.
Each of the BOD members are known all over town.
Why is there nobody asking them (individually) what's in their mind?
.........AND IF THEY DO NOT AGREE.........
....the next day is Weil&Gotshal's last day as an attorney of WMI !
....or consequently the BOD member won't be reelected!
Isn't that so simple ?
Just my thoughts here in Austria. Far away, but fighting closely!
