yup... she took over WAMU on a hunch not fact

because it appeared that it would more likely fail...

She stated that WMB was more than likely to fail so they decided to seize it; not stated was, it would not fail if we don't seize it after congress passes the bail out plan....

Note shortly after the seizure, the bail out plan was passed and other banks worse off escaped take over.
