WW...I have no "info"...but do have an opine.

I think the SEC takes this case to trial now.

It is really clear in their filings they intend to do so...regardless of the Huff issues and findings.

Why the company did not settle with the SEC ages ago, is beyond my comprehension.

I don't want to imagine how much Miranda as an atty. of record has cost us for this fight. I have to believe it supersedes the 1.6 mm the SEC wanted for the original settlement.

PS..I know, I know...disclaimers will ask where that 1.6 mm was ever stated in a PR.

Like it or not, that was and has been for years the deal on the table.
