Great points. This could be bigger than I had first thought. I have to admit, this was a very pleasant surprise that none of us could have imagined. All the details are clearly not available yet, but it appears that it will benefit all parties involved to keep the commons largely, if not 100% intact. Is it Monday yet? lol
