sorry that some of you do not feel that zero working capital, dilution, huge os and/or as, lack of corporate registration for a stock and other such legitimate issues are not important even for a penny stock investment or trade. imo, those very questions and their respective answers for any stock help determine whether something is a total pos aka pump and dump or a "good trade". that is not "bashing". i am not a fan of the pump and dump like you may be.
