My own feeling with no facts whatsoever are that the negotiations with Load Com are not going well and they may see that pps has a great deal to do with maybe already failed negotiations(hopefully I am wrong)...If so then they know that they need to back off and "Reload" with a higher pps, more signed contracts and new ventures ....then they can look for "big brother" to pull them into the big boy world!!...Just an opinion and probably not worth much but it is just thrown out for brain fodder!!...glta...tiffer
