In an e-mail from Mark,he responded to that very question.
I am sure he will go into it in more detail but I asked specifically if current shareholders would recieve shares of ADCS and he replied yes. Being that ADCS is a wholly owned subsidiary of MIKP all revenues, which will include servenation will reflect on MIKP.
