Stocks kinda on back burner for me right now..
finalized, corrected, signed contracts coming in 5~7 days
per realtor..my land, dad's land and about ten others in
50 acre block wanted by Parmount Devolpment to go commercial..
right now all is zoned agricultural/residential..

not to mention my sister and I are going to split $266K (as of 2005) that my mom had made us beneficiaries of...she had some 'step 5' Lincoln Financial things that pay a guranteed .25% increase per year..paying a full 5% right now..
gots to find me some tax loopholes..lol..
