I have to address one more point in your post
You insisted that I shouldn't complain, because I wouldn't be supporting the firm in any way. You said I shouldn't issue "demands on the company". I have to disagree about your notion here. Reality is this: My capital is supposed to support the operations of the firm. In return, management is supposed to act in my best interest to increase the value of our joint ownership. They are the agents, not the other way round. In fact, shareholders have every good reason to "issue demands on the company". This is how the public market is constructed and supposed to work. If they are not ready or willing to follow the rules, they shouldn't be a listed firm or come back when in need of capital.
Inca management tries everything they can to "hide" the true valaution. They do not release operational figures and avoid widespread public disclosure of material information whenever they can. Instead, and from time to time, they sprinkle selected information to a close circle of followers on a message board to calm concerns when needed.
