 I am out daily trying to do deals and the first place people visit when they do their due diligence is the board because it ranks no 1 on Google.  It is now actively getting in the way of me being able to to close deals and therefore damaging all of us.  We have truly great deals in the pipeline, but we will only be able to close them with the support of our shareholders. I am not sure that people posting negative and irresponsible, personal comments on the boards have thought about the implications of their postings?  If one wishes for ruin, one generally gets it. On the other hand, with a solid shareholder supporting management, we can achieve truly great things

CCG are not there to hype the stock.  They are one of the most respected IR companies on the planet and frankly, we are all lucky that they have agreed to represent us.  They will not be pulling rabbits out of a hat for us, hyping the stock or engaging in the tittle tattle of naysayers on the boards,  They are a strategic consultancy and they are working with us to identify a strategy to get us to NASDAQ.
