I just don't see pre/post being a problem, it was just Rosen's last attempt to paint an ugly picture of the "vulture" shareholders before Walrath ruled on the subject.IMO

The guy(Willingham) they were questioning also stated he was a post seizure shareholder and I don't think he would be doing all he has been doing if he didn't think post shareholders would get paid(He has had direct contact with some of the prior attorney's and the current EC).
